Olaf is based in Hong Kong and Founding Partner at Ophir, a Family Office Advisory Business. He is an investor, Executive Coach and an elite Ironman. His previous career spans over 20 years first in Banking, at BNP Paribas and Macquarie Bank, where he was responsible for all trading activities in Asia, then in Wealth and Asset Management as a Managing Partner of a boutique Firm and finally as Founder of Newstate, an Executive Coaching and Consulting firm. Olaf understands risk, hedging instruments and is passionate about sports and human resources strategy.
