Tatyana has comprehensive understanding of all aspects of microfinance operations, as she has started her career as loan officer and progressed up through the ranks to most recently become Deputy Director of a major MFI in Central Asia. Tatyana is particularly strong in areas of Risk Management, Financial Management, Due Diligence, SME Lending and HR development in Micro Finance sector. She has participated in several trainings including Boulder Institute of Microfinance, American Banker Associaton and holds a MBA from Lomonosov Moscow State University. Tatyana was in 2013 awarded a medal of “Honoured Financier” from Kazakhstan Financiers Association.
